The Most Reverend Malcolm McMahon OP, Archbishop of Liverpool, will celebrate a Requiem Mass for the repose of the soul of Pope Francis this evening, Tuesday 22 April, at 7.00 pm at the Metropolitan Cathedral of Christ the King.
All are welcome to attend as we gather in prayer and remembrance.
Please note that the usual 5.00 pm Mass will not take place today to allow preparations for the evening Mass.
A book of condolence is available at the Cathedral for those who wish to leave a message or prayer in memory of Pope Francis.
