Would you like to uncover the secrets of one of the city’s hidden buildings?
Be part of an exciting new community engagement project to create a major new exhibition about the majestic Lutyens Crypt, housed beneath the Metropolitan Cathedral.
We are looking for volunteers of all ages to form our research team. Volunteers will meet once a week at the Metropolitan Cathedral. They will enjoy a series of lectures and research trips whilst learning a variety of new skills as they delve into the Cathedral’s rich and diverse heritage.
No prior experience is required – just an enthusiasm to learn new skills and meet new people!
Workshops will commence on the 5th and 9th November from 10am – 2pm and will run initially for six weeks. Volunteers can sign up to either the Tuesday or Saturday sessions. Expenses and refreshments will be provided.
