A unique opportunity to hear one of Liverpool’s most promising young organists play a selection of music on the Cathedral’s grand organ.

Dylan McCaig began his musical career as a chorister with the Cathedral Choir, achieving the prestigious position of Head Chorister in addition to achieving Bronze, Silver and Gold awards from the Royal School of Church Music.
Since October 2011, Dylan has been the recipient of an Organ Scholarship from the Liverpool Organists’ Association under the tutelage of Andrew Sharples.
He currently leads the congregation in church services as Assistant Organist at both St. Charles Borromeo and Our Lady’s Bishop Eton.
Dylan has recently been awarded a scholarship to study organ at Birmingham Conservatoire. In addition, he has been appointed Senior Organ Scholar at St. Peter’s Collegiate Church, Wolverhampton and an Honorary Studentship at Walsall Town Hall.
