Today’s Choral Evening Prayer is organised by and for members of the Friends of Cathedral Music, although members of the public are also warmly invited to attend.
Friends of Cathedral Music Members will meet in Liverpool on 7, 8 and 9 October to celebrate the 60th anniversary of its foundation in 1956. Many celebrations are planned for the weekend including a Diamond Jubilee Dinner in the Lutyens Crypt, a civic reception at the Town Hall and a special evensong at Liverpool Cathedral, featuring combined choirs from both Cathedrals.
