Pope Francis, united with the bishops and faithful of the world, will consecrate Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary on Friday 25 March, the Solemnity of the Annunciation of the Lord.
Archbishop Malcolm McMahon, Archbishop of Liverpool, will celebrate Mass at 12.15 pm in the Metropolitan Cathedral Crypt on Friday and will pray the Rosary and the Act of Consecration. He would welcome people to join him in this prayer at that moment. Bishop Thomas Neylon, Auxiliary Bishop of Liverpool, will also perform the Act of Consecration following the celebration of 5.00pm Mass in the Metropolitan Cathedral.
