Local charity Autism Together has opened a colourful exhibition of artworks made by the people they support.
Titled ‘Texture & Colour’, it is a showcase of collage and multi-textured art, which runs throughout August in the Cathedral.
Creative Arts Activity Manager for Autism Together, Rachael Kirkham said: “Our exhibition is a celebration of the superb art created by the people we support, specifically relating to collage, textures and colours. The sensory nature of the work definitely appeals to our artists and they seem to really enjoy creating these pieces. We’re thrilled we can share it with the public in such a beautiful space.”
Admission is free and visitors can view the exhibition up until 31st August.
